CT highlights its commitment to applied engineering solutions based on Industry 4.0 at Navalia.

At this year’s Navalia trade show, CT presented its engineering solutions and proposals for the digitalization of the product life-cycle that are applicable to all sectors, systems, equipment and components. During the three days of the event, the CT stand was a meeting point for visitors and customers who were able to try out immersive virtual reality and augmented reality solutions for maintaining ships during their useful life.

At this year’s Navalia trade show held last week in Vigo, CT, a leading technology company that offers innovation and engineering services throughout the product life cycle, presented its engineering and digital transformation solutions that cover the product life cycle: from the concept design of the ship to its commissioning and its useful life.

This year, the company placed special emphasis on applied engineering, and specifically on integrated logistics support, where it has have more than 500,000 hours of experience. CT also took advantage of this international event to promote the change of model that involves the application of S-Series and the enabling technologies of Industry 4.0. Teams from the company’s different branches in Ferrol, Cartagena, Saint-Nazaire and La Forêt-Fouesnant (France), also welcomed visitors with their latest developments based on virtual and augmented reality, immersive solutions aimed at maintenance tasks, logistical information and training.

The company also participated in the technical conferences organised by Navalia. Several CT specialists gave presentations on the present and future of integrated logistics support and the opportunities that it holds for the supply chain.
