CT, the leading engineering company in technological innovation throughout the entire product lifecycle, has relocated its Munich headquarters to the Hatrium office complex in Unterhaching. The relocation to a larger office responds to the teams expansion following the acquisition of AST Engineering in 2020 and the expected recruitments to reinforce the company’s engineering and software activities.

“Our decision on the location was based primarily on the quality of the Hatrium offices, owned by the Schwaiger Group, which are equipped with the latest media technology. In addition to the great location, which allows us to build synergies with other technology companies, we have taken advantage of the potential of the facilities to create a comfortable, modern environment, tailored to both the needs of our employees and the requirements of our customers”, Francisco Marin, Country Manager of Germany, explains.

The new facilities, with a floor space of 1000 m2 and a generous space distribution, including various open work areas, meeting rooms and spaces fitted out for training, as well as for leisure. Although the office is prepared to accommodate around 80 people, employee safety, flexible schedules and family and work conciliation continue to be fundamental pillars of the activity in Munich: more than 70% of the staff continue teleworking from home, with the rest working from the office or in client facilities.

The Hatrium building complex also aspires to obtain the LEED Platinum green building label thanks to its sustainable features, which include the supply of geothermal energy, among others.

The CT Group already has various offices in Germany and a large team of experts providing engineering and R&D services to Airbus Defence and Space, Airbus Helicopters and other top industry players.
