With its 231 metres in length and 26,000 tonnes of displacement, the Juan Carlos I is the largest ship in size and tonnage that the Spanish Navy has ever had in its history.

This amphibious assault ship, 100% designed and built in Spain, is one of the largest naval engineering projects carried out by CT Ingenieros.

Our engineering was involved from the beginning, working on the basic engineering, detail engineering, production engineering, RAMS (ILS & Safety) and testing, as well as carrying out technical specifications for the purchase of a multitude of equipment.
