We help Airbus optimize A400M maintenance by providing MRO support.

The Airbus A400M is a European four-engine turboprop military transport aircraft, designed by Airbus Defence and Space as a tactical airlifter with strategic capabilities. The A400M is between the Lockheed C-130 Hercules and the Boeing C-17 in terms of size; but it can carry heavier loads than the C-130 and is able to use rough landing strips. Along with the transport role, the A400M can perform aerial refueling and medical evacuation when fitted with appropriate equipment.

CT has vast experience in providing support during the maintenance tasks of the A400M, overcoming challenges such as concurrent engineering, the industrialization of new processes for maintenance tasks and the standardization of methods and processes.

MRO support is crucial to optimize time and resources in maintenance processes. Within the MRO support, we are in charge of concurrence with other departments, graphical work instructions, workshop support, material analysis, tooling and industrial means to accomplish maintenance tasks, as well as configuration control. We also develop and update the programmed maintenance program per aircraft/fleet, and the work orders for maintenance tasks.

Our MRO technicians create and implement a wide range of documents that provide information about corrective actions or improvements to systems and components, such as: Service Bulletins, Vendor Service Bulletins, Service Information Letters, Operator Information Telex, All Operator Telex, Airworthiness Directives, among others.
