We help Airbus optimize the A400M maintenance process providing MRO support.

The Airbus A400M is a European four-engine turboprop military transport aircraft. It was designed by Airbus Defence and Space as a tactical airlifter with strategic capabilities to replace older transport aircraft, such as the Transall C-160 and the Lockheed C-130 Hercules. The A400M is between the C-130 and the Boeing C-17 in terms of size; it can carry heavier loads than the C-130 and is able to use rough landing strips. Along with the transport role, the A400M can perform aerial refuelling and medical evacuation when fitted with appropriate equipment.

We have a vast experience in providing support during the maintenance tasks of the A400M, overcoming challenges such as concurrent engineering, the industrialization of new processes for maintenance tasks and the standardization of methods and processes.

MRO support is crucial to the optimization of time and resources in A400M maintenance. Within the MRO support, we take charge of concurrence with other departments, graphical work instructions, workshop support, material analysis, tooling and industrial means to accomplish maintenance tasks, as well as configuration control. We also develop and update the programmed maintenance program per aircraft/fleet, and the work orders for maintenance tasks.

Our MRO technicians create and implement a wide range of documents to inform on corrective actions or systems and components improvement, such as:
Service Bulletin (SB), Vendor Service Bulletin (VSB), Service Information Letters (SILs), Operator Information Telex (OIT), All Operator Telex (AOT), Airworthiness Directive (AD), among others.
